Care starts with listening. Your story, symptoms, and goals shape every treatment decision we make together.
Evidence-based, whole-person treatment that considers your strengths and experiences — never just a diagnosis.
The goal is more than symptom relief: restored hope, steady resilience, and a life that feels like yours again.

Restore & Thrive is a psychiatric mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care in a welcoming and supportive environment.
We provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, supportive therapy, and psychoeducation. Care is individualized and collaborative, taking into consideration each person's symptoms, experiences, strengths, goals, and overall well-being rather than focusing solely on a diagnosis.
Our brand represents healing, growth, restoration, resilience, and hope — and our care is designed to reflect those qualities at every visit.
Healing begins with being heard.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of nursing and behavioral health experience. My background spans behavioral health, emergency medicine, crisis stabilization, community mental health, and nursing education.
Throughout my career I have developed a deep appreciation for the importance of listening to patients and understanding the whole person — not simply treating a diagnosis. I believe healing begins with being heard, and I work to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable discussing your concerns and participating actively in your care.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, trauma-informed, and evidence-based. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, supportive therapy, and psychoeducation while considering your individual experiences, strengths, needs, and treatment goals.
I founded Restore & Thrive with a vision of psychiatric care that feels personal, approachable, and empowering. My goal is to help patients restore hope, promote healing, build resilience, and thrive in everyday life.
Compassionate, collaborative, evidence-based psychiatric care with an emphasis on helping you feel heard, informed, and actively involved in your treatment.

Thorough initial assessments covering your concerns, symptoms, psychiatric and medical history, life experiences, current functioning, and treatment goals. We build an individualized treatment plan together.

Evidence-based psychiatric medication management — initiation when appropriate, ongoing monitoring of response and side effects, adjustments, and clear patient education. Decisions are made collaboratively.

Supportive therapeutic interventions and education woven into care, helping you understand your symptoms, diagnoses, medications, and options while building practical coping strategies and strengths.

Regular follow-up appointments to monitor symptoms, treatment progress, medication effectiveness, side effects, safety, and overall well-being — with treatment adjusted as appropriate.

Convenient virtual care for eligible patients, so evaluations, medication management, and follow-up visits can happen from a private, accessible setting.

Every patient is welcomed here. Treatment is respectful of your identity, culture, and lived experience.
